I started learning about real estate since the time I could walk! My father was in the real estate business for 25 years. Through him, I have had a gradual attraction to working with real estate buyers and sellers. I grew up in Brookings, South Dakota. My passion was competitive sports. I played collegiate tennis at Gustavus Adolphus College. After graduation, I worked as a professional tennis player. Since then my roots have been planted in Eden Prairie, Minnesota!
My entrepreneurial spirit led me to be a financial planner until 1998 when I then became a licensed Minnesota REALTOR. Today my services focus on helping people just like you buy or sell Eden Prairie real estate, Chanhassen homes, and metro Minneapolis MN houses. Although my core service area includes the southwestern Minneapolis suburbs, I have had many years of real estate experience with the entire Twin Cities Minnesota region.
I enjoy working with both home buyers and home sellers. I have a special sense of satisfaction when working with move up buyers who also have a home to sell. I have several different strategies in coordinating and negotiating a smooth transition from a buyers current home into the newly purchased home. I alleviate the stress of the question, “Do we buy first, then sell, or do we sell first, then buy.”
Being a husband and father, I relate to all the little details and stress involved in a home sale and purchase.

My wife Debbie and I have owned a home in Eden Prairie Minnesota for the past 15 years. I enjoy playing tennis and golf, spending time at the cabin, fishing, and relaxing. Our 6 year old twins, Brandt and Claire, are in first grade and are attending the Eagle Heights Spanish immersion program in Eden Prairie.
