For those of you that like to know values based on dollar per square foot, the average sold price per square foot was $110. The average sale to list price ratio for these same EP homes for sale was 96% . This is slightly better than the overall average for Minneapolis homes at a 94.3 percent of original list price received. Short sales in the Mpls area is even lower at an 87.7% ratio. Just a few stats for the stat junkies! As always take these numbers with some salt, and they can really vary from area to area, and even in various price points as well. This market is very unique and hard to generalize.
