Minneapolis Real Estate update

Real estate is always a popular topic at parties, family get-togethers, and even the casual conversations at the store.  Most everyone either owns real estate or thinks of buying real estate at one point in time or another.  Here is a great informational video clip from the Minneapolis Board of Realtors.  The clip talks about where the Minneapolis real estate market has been and the projections of where it is headed.  So much information is available on the internet and traditional media, but I like this information because it comes directly from the people that work on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).  This means that the data isn’t skewed, pumped up to sell papers, or advertise.  As someone once said, “Just the facts ma’am.”  Let me know what you think of this clip and if you would like to see it on my blog more often.
